Surf shack focuses on providing higher-quality foods and products that are both fresh and locally produced in Sweden. The meat for our smash burgers is from local Swedish farms, ground fresh daily, hand-formed and served on an artisan brioche. Our golden-brown homemade french fries are picked from a farm in Skane and hand-cut daily. Our shakes are hand spun and whipped up in front of your eyes in the classic American diner way. We strive to use only fresh and seasonal vegetables. We do all our own dressings from our own unique recipes. Then we give you the choice to build your burger just the way you love them. We also offer vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives.
